NDIS Support Coordinator with capacity for clients
I provide Level 2 Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching for NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan-managed. I have high capability supporting clients with psychosocial disabilities, and have worked in public hospitals and as a patient advocate. I have spent the last two years learning the ins and out of the NDIS.
I am very passionate about helping people live safe, happy lives. I work in a person-centred approach with cultural sensitivity. I really look forward to helping you navigate your plan.
