She is seeking a responsible and caring housemate who is in her mid 30's – 60's, who is patient, respectful, helpful with home duties, willing to be social and is interested in hearing about housemate's passions. You must be committed to supporting and sharing a life with a vulnerable member of our community.
Housemate will be required to work together to plan and implement the smooth running of the home in an encouraging manner. Ideal housemate will be willing to spend time together over parts of the weekend. This is a unique opportunity to live according to your values, join a supportive team and have a comfortable and conveniently located home. This is a home share arrangement, whereby you will be offered subsidized affordable rent of $150 a week (including utilities and furniture), in exchange for your mentorship and companionship.
This arrangement will commence beginning of January 2021 and include a 12 month commitment. Successful police check and referees required.
