Bake Hamantaschen with Rebbetzin Sarah!
INGREDIENTS

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
Juice of 1 lemon
Rind of 1 lemon, grated
1 tsp. vanilla extract
5 cups flour
2 tsps. baking powder
FILLING
500g prepared mohn filling (poppy seed) or 250g of jam or 250g of chocolate spread
