Cindy began her career in Probation Services in South Africa, after completing her social work degree. She worked with juveniles in conflict with the law, and adults awaiting trial in Correctional Facilities and expert witness for court appearances in regional, magistrate and high courts.

She moved out of governmental work to the Union of Jewish Women as Executive Director. In 2020 she migrated to Melbourne, and is currently the wellbeing support for Yeshivah Primary School. 

A mother of 3 boys, a new migrant and a passionate social worker.
