INNOVATOR - the driest of our potatoes, excellent for Kugel, baking, frying and roasting (white skin and flesh)
MARIS PIPER – a drier fluffy potato, also ideal for Kugel, fluffy mash, roasting and frying (white skin and flesh
SEBAGO - all purpose potato, makes lovely fluffy mash, roasts well and also good for Kugel (white skin and flesh)
MERLOT – all purpose and makes a lovely creamy mash, also good for roasting and wedges (red skin and yellow flesh)
DUTCH CREAM – a denser creamy potato, yellow flesh, excellent for boiling, roasting and salad
NICOLA- a beautiful firmer potato with yellow flesh, excellent for boiling/salad and roasting
CHATS – beautiful for steaming and roasting
